We may collect your name, email address, billing details, GSTIN, phone number, payment records, uploaded Excel files, Excel templates, generated PDF job details, and related usage information.

How we use your information

We use your information to create your account, process PDF generation jobs, manage credits, process payments, generate invoices, provide downloads, improve the service, and respond to support requests.

Uploaded files

Uploaded Excel data and templates are used only to generate your requested PDF files. You should not upload data that you are not authorised to process.

File storage and generated documents

Generated ZIP files may be stored in your account downloads area so that you can access them later. We do not sell uploaded data or generated documents.

Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your account data, billing profile, generated files, or stored job history by contacting us from your registered email address.

Children's or student data

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have proper authority or consent to upload student, child, employee, customer, or third-party data for PDF generation.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
