Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PDF credits on Data to PDF (D2P), operated by Raga Enterprises.

Digital credit purchases

PDF credits are digital service credits. Once credits are used for PDF generation, they are generally non-refundable.

Failed payments or duplicate payments

If your payment is deducted but credits are not added, or if duplicate payment is made, please contact us with your payment ID and registered email. After verification, we will either add the credits or process a refund where applicable.

Technical failure

If PDF generation fails due to a verified system issue and credits are deducted, we may restore credits to your account after review.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds may take 5–10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider and bank.
